hi i have to offer a 3 bedroom house in manchester,with newly fitted double glazing,fully enclosed front & rear back gardens with access from outside to both,the front garden been lawned @ moment although in process of making it into block paved drive way,back garden has pond & paved area with uper seating area to top of garden,newly fitted kitchens due to be fitted 2010,newly decorated room with wood flooring & bay window,main large bedroom newly decorated & new fitted wardrobes awaiting wood flooring to be laid,other large bedroom in process of been decorated for a boy allthough most done,smaller 3rd bedroom newly decorated to a girls room...there is seperate toilet downstairs,with bath & sink to upatairs,bathrooms are also to be refitted in 2010,hallway to be decorated must be seen to appreciate,can send pictures if emailed,i have lovely neighbours who are all children & pet friendly,been a older couple @ 1 side who also have granchildren visit on a daily basis,& a young mother & son @ the other,alll the other neighbours on grove either have children or pets.. there is plenty of infant,primary & junior schools in walking distance also a sports collage,plenty of shops including tesco,jjb,wicks matalan etc in walking distance with 2 seperate shopping centres within short travel on bus or in car distance,one of these been the trafford centre,plenty of churches,pubs & parks all in walking distance,with 1 of the parks having all different events all year round,also animal farm,gardens,horse riding,nature walk included on daily basis... i am in very close distance of m56,m6,m60,m62,m61 motorways,within a hours ride to leeds to 2 n half hrs ride to east coast bridlington,scarborough,hour to blackpool,clevelys & southport,st helens,liverpool.. so everything you want in a nice area with plenty to do & see,i have plenty of photos that i can send on request feel free to contact for more if needed thanks
