The house is situated in a sweet cul-de-sac type street and has very nice neighbours. There are two large double bedrooms at the back of the house, and one large single at the front, the smallest having a storage cupboard which can be used as a wardrobe (we use it as our baby's). The bathroom is also at the front of the house. Downstairs is a sizeable living/ dining room which is very light as it has big windows and a glazed door leading to the back garden. The garden is a decent size and has a paved/patio area nearer the house. The front of the house has a driveway and a lawn. The house has a large lounge and dining kitchen, upstairs and downstairs wcs, separate upstairs bathroom, three good sized bedrooms and understairs storage. We have recently had upvc windows fitted and new doors will be fitted shortly. It is gas central heated with a gas fire in the lounge. It is all clean, nicely decorated and carpeted throughout. The bedrooms have loads of cupboard space, and one has a built in wardrobe. The back garden is completely fenced off on all sides, very private with nice quiet neighbours. There is never any trouble in this area - probably one of the best areas in Wolverhampton - I shall be reluctant to move as I have been here seven years now but we are desperate for a larger house, I have two daughters living at home still and one has just had a little boy who needs his own room now. I will consider most areas but would prefer to be in or around Penn, Warstones, Bradmore, Compton, Merry Hill, Finchfield, Tettenhall Wood or Castlecroft.
