Sitting/dining room with french window doors leading to double-glazed extension which we use as a dining room but could be used as utility/office/playroom/spare room etc. Two doors leading off to; enclosed patio area and other patio gravelled garden. Garden very private with surrounding trees. Front drive parking enough for 2/3 cars. Neighbours either side very nice. Gas central heating. Would like house with larger garden/sitting room/kitchen and to move as we have lived here for eight years.

I have a lovely large 3 bed house in a quiet area in banbury, 2 large double bedrooms and 1 single room. big living room and large kitchen big enough for a large kitchen table. I also have a utility room that leads into back garden of medium size, also we have a small front garden. the neighbours are very friendly and it really is a lovely place to live so if you fancy a change then this could be for you. i live close to lots of primary schools and 1 secondary school, local shop and doctors and a bus stop that takes you to the town center. banbury is a lovely place with fantastic shops only want to move so i can be close to my family who all live in witney. i am willing to exchange with a 3 bed but would have to be big as i have 5 children. any area closer to witney/carterton will be considered. thanks

I have a medium to large garden, a 21ft front room, a huge garage.
