It is a 2 minute walk from a tiny row of shops which has a cafe, newspaper shop, small grocery store and a chemist. 10 minuets in the other direction gets you to another much larger parade of shops with restaurants, takeaways, a co-op e.t.c. There is parking for 2 cars out front but has to be shared with downstairs neighbour. The building is semi-detached and has recently had brand new double glazed sashed windows fitted. As for the flat itself it is beautiful Victorian converted house which has been transformed into 2 large flats, mine is on the top floor. It has 2 very large double bedrooms, 1 with laminate flooring and a small box room that can fit a single bed and has large window. Downstairs is a 2 month old brand new modern fitted kitchen, which has also been decorated with new flooring.
