Very beautiful pituresque town, quiet and friendly with the White Horse being a big attraction to gliders and adventure enthusiasts from far and wide in good walking distance! 5 minutes from all local ammenities and the local school. The house has 2 bedrooms and good size bathroom, downstairs comprises living room to the rear of the house which gives a lovely sense of privacy and then the kitchen with an added utility room to the side, leading to the rear garden being a lovely size and previously used as a horticultural paradise! There is a door leading from the path and front of the house to the rear garden which is lockable with key and a high wall and hedging for a completly enclosed space. It is gas central heating but we use electric cooker so there is no supply currently for gas cooker, all d/glazed throughout with new front and back door.Parking is to the front of the house with hardly any traffic noise from the road and really with all rooms being to the rear of the house, its very peaceful. And the pleasent neighbours are mostly elderly. Reluctant move but need bigger house! Plain cream decor and laminate throughout.

The bathroom suite was fitted last summer and the kitchen was new 4 years ago. The garden is really big with a patio and a wood chipped play area. It has a 6ft fence all the way round (which was put up last summer). The Flat is situated close to schools, shops, lesuire facilities. Bus stops are directly outside and it is a 10 min walk to train station, although the buses all go there too. We want a 3 bed in Wiltshire all areas considered
