It is on the outskirts of Newtown but still in walking distance to town centre and there is a regular bus service and trains to Wales and the Midlands. Plenty of open grassy areas, walks by the river (just over the road) and views of the hills. Small play park a minute away. Lots of good schools. Massive amount of loft space. House is in good clean order, with mainly neutral colour decor. I want to move closer to Shrewsbury, so Minsterley, Pontesbury, Hanwood, Hope and Stiperstones areas would be great.
