Quiet area in Wolverhampton to Warwickshire (WV1 2UJ) We have a good sized, 3 bedroomed house which is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac (Gosport Close) Wolverhampton, although we live nearer to Bilston. We have a large kitchen, which is being refurbished later on this month, so will have beech kitchen cupboards, black work surfaces and a new flooring and the upstairs bathroom will be fitted with a new suite! Our bedroom is quite large with an extra 'walk in' storage cupboard, our son's bedroom is a double room, with an extra storage room and our youngest son has a single room. We have a downstairs WC, driveway and an average sized garden which is mainly slabbed, but we have a vegetable patch which could be re-slapped. We have recently had g/ch installed upstairs and the loft has been insulated. We have a small porch which has lots of storage space (like outdoor sheds) We have a neighbour on each side, which are both elderly ladies, so it's very quiet! The school my children attend has been classed as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted for the second year running! We have regular transport links to and from Birmingham and Wolverhampton City Centre. Me and my partner are both from Leamington Spa and have lived here for 5 1/2 years. We moved here to be closer to my Mum, but as she's hoping to move back, we want too as well. We both work so full rent is £81.63 and c/tax is £20.83 p/wk

Set just below the Meon hill, this is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Take a walk on the hill at dusk and you are guaranteed to see the resident badgers and probably the local fox too. We have a local post office, 2 shops, a primary school, a take-away and a beautiful local pub. The neigbourhood is quiet and peaceful and only 10 mins drive from Stratford. Local buses come reguarly. I love the village but we need to be in Warwick for work and am thinking of extending our family later this year, so need a bigger place to live. The house has a large lounge/diner approx 13' by 25' with two large windows. Recently replastered, redecorated in neutral colours. Kitchen is newly refitted. Downstairs has a toilet and coal shed which we have converted into a storage room with lighting. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 single. Newly refitted bathroom, which has been replastered, retiled and decorated. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have just been replastered and redecorated. Outside are two large gardens. Front is approx 30'x40' mostly grass. We do not have a drive but have been told its not a problem to put one in, we just haven't got round to it yet. parking is not a problem as Willington is very quiet. We are in a row of 8 which 5 are privately owned. All other houses have put in drives so ours is the only car to park on the road. Rear garden is approx 90'x40' with a small patio. We have a playhouse and garden shed at the bottom of garden under a large tree which we would be willing to leave if wanted. The back door leads to two outhouse, the first which has electrics and plumbing. (and a sink) I keep my washing machine and tumble drier, aswell as a second freezer and fridge (which we keep the beer in for the bbqs!!) in here. This gives me plenty of room in the kitchen for dishwasher etc. The second just has electricity, but is very large. We have all the bikes and a wardrobe in. Both have locks. The house was completely rewired in December 05 and we have had new creamy/beige carpets in all rooms except bedrooms as not got round to them yet. We also have fantasic neighbours who we will be very sad to leave behind. Willington itself is very small, housing about 20 homes. Mostly farms, cottages and barn conversions. Real rural atmosphere. Shipston is 1.5 miles which you can either walk or a 2 minute drive into town. Shipston has all the usual amenities, primary school, high school, doctors, cottage hospital, 2 dentists, supermarket, hairdressers, police station etc. We are also very central to the larger towns such as Stratford upon Avon - 11 mile, Banbury - 14 miles, Evesham - 14 miles. The larger towns are also easily got to. Birmingham, Oxford and Coventry are all about 40 mins by car. We are lookng for a 3/4 bedroom house and will consider most areas. Would prefer semi rural with access to good towns/city, especially outside of the M25(ideally within 15 miles of good college/uni). We would like a large kitchen/diner or maybe seperate dining room. Both would be great but think maybe I am asking a little too much there!! Areas we do not want are Birmingham, Coventry, Worcestershire and Central London. Please do look up our area as it is a fantastic location. On the edge of the cotswolds and the heart of shakespears county. Really worth a look.
