WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR:- I love my flat, but need to upgrade to a 2/3 double bedroom property, I would prefere to be in a purpose-built flat, but can be persuaded otherwise. My preference is not to be on an Estate. I do require an outside space, i.e. a Garden for sole use or a reasonable sized Balcony. My first preference is to be within the Battersea area, but it is not a requirement. All suggestions will be considered. I simply wish to stay within Wandsworth area, but require a Bus and Tube network to be within reasonable distance of any property that may be offered.
