Kev and Caz want a quick move and are prepared to consider places of all sizes. Our house has a biggish back garden and looks onto a large green. We are on the bus route into town and are close to schools,allotments, shops/supermarket and doctor's surgery. The countryside is 3 minutes walk away.The local secondary school is very average.Also close are sport fields, indoor sports centre and a beautiful wood.The inside of are house is clean although money has not been lavished on decor and carpets.We no longer have the kids living at home so will consider 1/2 bed swap, particularly if it is centrally placed.
