We have lived here for just over 3 years and are sad to leave, the bungalow has a large lounge and two double bedrooms, the back double bedroom is a large double with stunning views out over fields and down onto Aberaeron bay. The smaller double had just been decorated with brand new carpet and underlay. Oil central heating was fitted last year along with a brand new bathroom and shower. The kitchen is to be updated by Tai ceredigion but is very functional. Outside you have 2 storage sheds and a third smaller one with electricity. For a council property this has an exceptional size garden with amazing views of the sea. The bungalow is situated on a quiet one way street which has a real sense of community as there are only about 12 houses and bungalows in the street. We are close to ammenities, local town 1 mile away with the bus stop located abt 500 yrds away from the property (not in street). We are roughly 16 miles from Aberystwyth and 19 miles from Cardigan . A really nice place to live sorry we have to leave but we have a boy and girl and need extra bedroom. We are not fussy about certian areas of aberystwyth as long as we can get all our stuff in . Central heating is a must off road parking desirable but not neccessity.

I have been here 6 years and need to move as now not able to do the chairlift very well, so needing a bungalow any area of Cardiff or Vale. Cowbridge is also about a 15min drive away. There is also a train station in the prosess of being built. My house has a large kitchen/diner a good size front room, 2 double bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. I have a large front and back garden, the back garden does need some work done to it. Upstairs bathroom and toilet. I am looking for a 4 bedroom ideally but will consider a 3 bedroom,in Cardiff or Luton.
