Email: Only members can view contact details please register to get access to our members area.the front room is 17ft by 13ft, kitchen is now 16ft by 11ft, bathroom is 10ft by 9ft, main bedroom is 12ft by 15ft, 2nd bedroom is 12ft by 9ft and 3rd bedroom is 8ft by 10ft back garden is approx 50ft long it is very good for shopping, town centre a decent size with a wide range of shops, there is a retail park about five mins walk from me and there is another about three miles up the road, Marks and spencer is soon going on the retail park, and closer still Sainsbury is being built about 350 yards away, Morrisons is being built in the town centre, we already have a tesco extra, a large Asda and a co op superstore, so it's got everything....public transport goes every ten mins to town from 100 yards from the door, a school for 2 to 11 is 300 yards from the door, three different buses pick up school kids to go to three different high schools, (all within merthyr) it is not a through street, only one way in and out, my neighbours are very quiet and friendly.

The smaller double had just been decorated with brand new carpet and underlay. Oil central heating was fitted last year along with a brand new bathroom and shower. The kitchen is to be updated by Tai ceredigion but is very functional. Outside you have 2 storage sheds and a third smaller one with electricity. For a council property this has an exceptional size garden with amazing views of the sea. The bungalow is situated on a quiet one way street which has a real sense of community as there are only about 12 houses and bungalows in the street. We are close to ammenities, local town 1 mile away with the bus stop located abt 500 yrds away from the property (not in street). We are roughly 16 miles from Aberystwyth and 19 miles from Cardigan . A really nice place to live sorry we have to leave but we have a boy and girl and need extra bedroom. We are not fussy about certian areas of aberystwyth as long as we can get all our stuff in . Central heating is a must off road parking desirable but not neccessity.

There are 3 adults and one child in our home and we dont have pets. House is nice and clean. Big kitchen, living room, hall and toilet downstairs, 3 bedrooms, bathroom upstairs. It is about 10 years old house. There are only 9 houses on our one-way street ! nice neighbourhs! It is quiet village- about 2miles from Cardiff There is a train station and a bus route -stagecoach132 /Cardiff-Maerdy via Pontypridd/ and IBT26 to Caerphilly-Blackwood. We prefer Rhydyfelin /Hawthorn/ Nantgarw or Caerphilly area because of Catholic school. /Rhydyfelin and Caerphilly area/ we can swap after 01/06/2009... we need also 3 bed house... and bigger... with a garden, also in good area. preferable could be with 2 living rooms. maybe there is someone who wants to be closer to Cardiff and need new but smaller house. if you have any suggestions please let me know.also if you need house next to Cardiff but you live in different /from my choice/ area please let me know!
