We have to leave due to health problems,for a more rural setting as my partner has a progressive disease and although we can currently go to rural areas,he is approaching a stage where he shall no longer be able to drive.It is more than a wrench to move but we have to on the advice of doctors. Despite being a world away from hustle and bustle,we have a local excellent GP,Dentist and Optician.Also a PO,Lidl and local shops,this isarea l community where people get to know you.Cardiff is 3 miles,Barri Island 6 miles and Tesco a 15 minute walk.There are regular buses into Cardiff and Barri and the bus stop is only,literally,2 minutes walk once you leave the courtyard. We love it here and would never move having spent 10 good years here but my partner has developed a progressive illness which means he has to seek a more rural setting.We have tried to move to Lincs.where my family is but are prepared to consider anywhere rural other than the south east of England.For reading this,thank you. We live in the countryside, our back garden looks out onto fields and surrounding countryside, in the rear garden we have a good sized shed fully fitted with electricity,we have a greenhouse,also fitted with electricity,and we have a summer house,as well as an outside tap.As we are a semi-detached bungalow there is a small garden at the side,and we have a good sized front garden with private driveway.The bungalow is in very good order,it consists of a living room,a privatly fitted kitchen just over a year old,2 bedrooms,the master bedroom has fitted wardrobes,and a bathroom.The bathroom doesn\\\'t have a bath,as I had a shower cubicle fitted due to a back problem.Once again though,all of the bathroom was done at my expence.The living room,hallway,and master bedroom have all been fitted with laminate flooring.The bungalow is heated via gas central heating and there are radiators in every room,there are also smoke alarms,and carbon monoxide alarms fitted.We are fully double glazed.In our village we have a primary school,3 pubs,hairdressers,and a village store/butchers.There are also bus stops which link to Banbury and Oxford city centre.We are 7 miles from the M40 motorway which links Birmingham and London.We are looking for a 2/3 bed bungalow or house in the Ely area of Cardiff,around the Grand Avenue or immediate streets,I spent 26 years growing up here so would like to move back home.We are also looking at Penzance in cornwall and surrounding areas,we have holidayed there many times and would love it to be our permanent base.Our only must is the gardens must be of a good size and secure, as we have 3 Yorkshire Terriers that love to run around and bark!! Cowbridge is also about a 15min drive away. There is also a train station in the prosess of being built. My house has a large kitchen/diner a good size front room, 2 double bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. I have a large front and back garden, the back garden does need some work done to it.
