I would like to advertise a 2 bed 3rd floor flat in a culdisack communal block, it is on the top floor, however ideally there is only 2 flights of stairs up to it, with secured entrance and 6 flats per block with 2 on each floor. Flat consists of front door leading onto square hallway with cuboard for coats and shoes, large spacious living room, followed by hallway leading off onto kitchen, bathroom, good main size bedroom and 2nd smaller bedroom (big enough for a double bed). I am ideally looking for a 2 bed house in the areas of Slatyford, Westerhope and Blakelaw of Newcastle, surrounding areas would be considered. Reason for wanting to move is to be closer to family and friends and for traveling regarding work purposes.
