We are close to schools, Drs, dentists, a small shopping centre and bus routes. We are a 10 min drive from the hospital & the M1 that makes us about 30 miles from London. We have a back and a side garden but only a few foot of front garden. The house is 3 bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom, kitchen & living room. We are looking for a 3 bedroom house preferably in South Shields to be near my family that live there, we will consider surrounding areas, Jarrow, Hebburn, Whitburn, Seaburn etc. it must have a garden for my children, we really do not mind whether the house is of good decor or not as we really want to be beside my family as soon as possible. The flat is ground floor and has a back yard, it also has a communal front garden which is shared with the other 5 properties in the block. It is double glazed and has gsh and new radiators fitted 6 months ago. I am looking for a 2/3 bed house would consider 2 bedroom if both are double bedrooms as I have two girls. It is well decorated and has full double glazing throughout. It has a security door with buzzer system in a block with 5 others. There is a large communal garden to the front of property and a yard at the rear for use only with the ground floor flat. Have spoken to the housing office who've said at your own expense it would be possible to put a back door off the kitchen so that you have direct access to the yard. We are looking for a 2/3 bedroom house within the same area, would possibly consider elsewhere but would prefer gosforth area. We want to move for a bit more space as our 2 girls are gettin older now.
