The flat is opposite a public green which has a small playground, we don't have any problem with youths hanging around and it's like a Sunday afternoon every day of the week. Lots of room on road for cars as not many people have cars. Garden backs onto fields. Bedrooms are both big doubles. New power shower over bath put in. Brilliant Primary School just along the road and corner shop on estate, libary on opposite estate which is also has Sainsbury and Homebase.
