Looking for 2 Double Bedroom or 3 Bedroom House/Bungalow/Maisonette(on Ground Floor only.) as have two teenage children Boy and Girl, one of whom is severely Autistic and they both need their own Bedroom now or a bigger bedroom to partition off. Need also to be near elderly parents so Sutton/Morden/Rosehill/Carshalton/Cheam area is where I would be looking to move to. I have 1 Double Bedroom and 1 Single Bedroom, large Living Room, Long Halllway, kitchen and Bathroom in one. Quiet, small, private and secluded area off of high street Raynes Park. Building only 12 years old, consists of 18 flats, seems alot, but a small block, with privacy and peace ensured. Intercom Entry system and sole use of communal garden. Lovely neighbours and all amenities close by, i.e. Train Station, Buses, Shops and Schools 5-10min walk max. Central to go either to Kingston/New Malden/Wimbledon/Morden and kingston hospital only 15min bus ride away. I have lived here very happily for four years with my two teenagers but need to move closer to my parents and if pos would prefer the extra bedrrom but 2 double bedroom would suit in the right area.
