Upstairs we have 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, each with a built in cupboard. Also upstairs we have a recently refurbished bathroom with bath/shower that has a wet room floor. Downstairs we have a decent sized front room with a bay large enough to put a round dining table in with chairs. We have the dining table in the front room as we use the separate dining room as our fourth bedroom. The flooring in there is Karndean flooring and it is large enough to be another double bedroom or a decent sized dining room with table, chairs and side units. The kitchen is a good size with a cooker space large enough for the range cooker, and a generous gap for a fridge freezer up to 70cms wide, the kitchen has also been recently refurbished. We have a small front garden, a medium sized rear garden which has our rotary lines and room for a greenhouse and shed if wanted. On the side of the house there is a brick shed, a porch area, the laundry room (converted outside toilet) with the washing machine and tumble dryer in so that there are more cupboards in the kitchen. Then we have a large side garden which has a 10x10ft shed, a 10ft trampoline, a children's swing/see-saw set and ample room for our four children to run about in. The large garden also has a gate in the 6 ft fence which has been placed in ready for a driveway if desired. This would still leave plenty of room.

I have a nice sized living room with a kichen/dinner and a meduim sized back garden. We are just 5 minutes away from shops, bus stops, doctors, schools and parks and 15 mins from the town. It truely is a lovely area and a lovely house but with a growing family we have out grown our home.
