Hallway, large storage cupboard, airing cupboard, Kitchen, bathroom (bath), Double bedroom at back, Lounge, 2nd double bedroom directly off lounge. Level parking, level front garden and large level patio at back - rest of back garden slopes down and has steps. Outside coal shed + 8' x 6' wooden potting shed at side. Hall, kitchen and 1st bedroom newly painted with new carpet and cushion floor May 08. Lounge and 2nd bedroom need decorating and new carpets. Council doing improvements to bathroom in August. Been here happily for 2 1/2 years but need to upsize as daughter unexpectedly moved back home. Must have good neighbours and if exchanging to house must have downstairs or outside toilet, or downstairs bathroom would be ok.
