I have a large 3 bed semi-detatched council house, with its own driveway big enough 4 x2 cars, side walk way, and a large front and rear garden. The propery has new UPVC windows and doors, which included a backdoor from the kitchen into the garden and double french doors from the huge lounge into the garden also. I exchanged to this property 3 yrs ago and during that time have gutted the place and had it newly renovated (my boyfriend is in the trade). The reason I have spent so much time and money on renovating it was because I wanted to buy it. But Have found out I am expecting another baby so need more room. All rooms have been re-plastered and decorated in neutral creams and beiges. I have put a £5k new bathroom in with a double ended bath, and mutli-coloured changing floor level led lights. I have had the same cream carpet laid throughout the house which was fitted just 2 weeks ago. The stairs again have floor level led lights which gives such a modern contemporary look. The Kitchen is the only room not done as we were just about to put in a brand new kitchen with built in appliances, however as we need to move we dont know wether we will now be able to put this in now.....however the council are waiting as we speak to put their new kitchen in so even if we dont put our new kitchen in it will only take us to call the council and they will install theirs within 2months. The street is really quiet, neighbours great, with many schools and shops within walking distance. * THIS PROPERTY REALLY MUST BE VIEWED TO APPRECIATE THE TIME AND MONEY THAT I HAVE INVESTED IN RENOVATION, DUE 2 THE FACT I WAS GOING TO BUY IT* * ALSO I AM ONLY INTERESTED IN COUNCIL BRICK BUILT WITH A RIGHT TO BUY, LARGE 3BEDS WOULD BE CONSIDERED IF IN A NON-ESTATE, OR RURAL LOCATION WITH ROOM TO BUY AND BUILD AN EXTENTION.
