Hi, we have a 2 bedroomed flat in South Shields and would like to exchange to anywhere nice in South Shields whom has a 2 bedroomed house/flat or more. Reason for wanting to move is, me and my partner want a fresh start and a house/flat we have done up ourselves. Our flat is for either children or no children as the block of flats have a massive shared green all the way around! Both of the bedrooms are very spacious, and are around about the same size, one maybe a little bigger than the other. The bathroom and toilet is in one, and the sitting room is quite a big room too! Kitchen is not as spacious as the rest of the house, but if you were a person that could do work to make your home how you wanted it, then the kitchen could be made bigger, but we arnt exactly the sort of DIY people to comes across :o) All rooms are wood flooring apart from the kitchen and bathroom which has linen down, in one of the bedrooms the laminated flooring was not finished due to running out of flooring, but would not take much to finish off, we just havnt getting round to doing anything else. All walls are painted apart from the kitchen and bathroom, we love the house, but we just want a fresh start, the both of us. Kind Regards
