I have a 2 bed house in Brighton and am hoping to move to Sheringham for health and family reasons. House has gardens front and rear for your own use, and has been recently decorated. The council have also just fitted a new roof, guttering etc. It's virtually a new house, and also benefits from gas central heating. It's a pleasant 10 minute walk from the sea and far enough from the main town to be quiet, but still near enough to get into town to enjoy the sights.
