It’s a fantastic house, all walls painted, all doors birch, double glazing and gas central heating. We can leave the laminated flooring in the living room, kitchen/dining area and bedroom 2. The rest is carpeted & can be left too. The house is situated at the end of a “dead end” so there is no through traffic. The health centre & swimming pool are literally within 50 yards of the house. The front garden is maintained by Hillcrest Housing Association & has a driveway. There is a residential home for disabled directly opposite. The back garden is of good size, we have a 5’ x 6’ shed in one corner, which is negotiable. There is a gate that brings you up the side of the house. Behind the fenced back garden is a children’s park, then fields with horses & cows. We love the house; the area is quiet & peaceful. There are a couple of primary schools and a high school within walking distance. Kinross is quaint, but has everything you need, and Perth & Dunfermline are only 15 minutes up the motorway. We only need to move for a better sized house, and to be nearer parents for more support.

The neighbours are great - quiet and helpful. I would not like to lumber them with noisy, troublesome neighbours, so please only contact me if you are willing to maintain the peaceful, responsible lifestyle we have around here. Nearby is a reasonably priced tenant's private car park. There is good public transport, supermarkets and shopping centre within easy walking distance. Both of Aberdeen's universities and college are within easy reach. The beach is about 20 minutes walk. The flat is not overlooked at the back. At the front it is partially overlooked by other flats, but as the road is wide they are not so close. Although there is no garden, to the rear there is a grassed area with trees - the council do the gardening for you! There is similar to the front and side of the building. Sunshine streams into the bedroom and bathroom in the morning, then the livingroom and kitchen from lunchtime until sunset. As a result of this and my adjoining neighbours, the heating bills are comparatively cheap. This is a home in which you, like me, could spend many happy years. I am looking for ground floor accomodation in Perth or Dundee to be nearer my family and friends. It must have parking nearby as I have difficulty walking. The area and neighbours must be quiet. I would like gas central heating.
