Hello I am advertising on here as i would like to exchange houses in the area of saffron walden or close by in one of the surrounding villages. This property is a 2 bedroom Housing association house in a quite locaction in the middle of saffron walden. Near the common, shops and schools, a 5 minute walk into the centre of town. the house is located in a culdasac so there is no passing traffic so very quiet. It has two large double sized bedrooms, with an upstairs bathroom/toliet. Downstairs there is a large living room with laminate flooring throughout downstairs, a downstairs toilet, nice sized cupboard under the stairs. It also has a not very large kitchen , but still big enough. Outside it has a small garden with lawn and patio area, completely private and closed off with high fencing. Very well decorated throughout, all natural colours to a high finish. Wouldnt need any work doing what so ever..but that is obviously up to you. We are looking to exchange with someone in saffron walden or within 5-10 miles of saffron walden. We are looking for a 3 bedroom house with a nice size garden. It would have to be housing association or a council property for the swap to be allowed.
