House in Croydon less than 15 mins away (by foot) from town center. Also close to main bus routes. Main train station in Croydon town center (linking to London Victoria, London Waterloo, Gatwick airport etc) Local childrens play park and very large field for sports or walking pets. Also local to schools (all age groups). 5 min bus ride to local Tesco, 10 mins to Sainsburys and 15 mins to Asda. Places like the bank, newsagents, pharmacy are within a 15 min walk from house. Doctors surgery is less than 5 mins away. Local ammeneties consist of hotels, snooker club, bowling, gym, restaurants, take-aways - all within a few mins of house.

Lots of cupboard and storage space Huge built in wardrobes in both bedrooms 2x outside sheds All rooms are bright and airy Very close to local schools and shops and bus routes to plymouth city center lots of open space for children and local fields for dog walkers Tranquil views over the River Tamar and Tamar bridge in the neighbouring fields Neighbours are friendly,but not overly so lol The only reason for moving is that my whole family are in dorset (poole area) and my father has become very ill and quite disabled
