We have lovely neighbours both sides (eldely) we never hear any noise at all. We are over looking the moors and woods, yet we are close to bus stops, local schools primary and secondary and the doctors surgery is close by. We also have some really good food pubs. The only reason I am looking to move is that I want to be closer to my parents, so I am looking more towards areas of plympton such as colebrook, ridgeway, merafield etc Please feel free to contact me for photos of my home both exterior and interior as its amazing, all newly decorated and our kitchen has been all newly fitted, we have black granite effect work tops and fitted designer wall tiles I purchased myself. Not far from graet surfing beaches, eg Woolacombe and Croyde. Large garden that goes round 3 sides of house. We have double glazing and central heating, a large loft space which is currently empty. Nice schools in the area and good colleges. In a cul de sac of 20 houses, which i believe only 3 of them are council. Kitchen and bathroom due to be renewed by tarka housing in 2012. Very quiet area, with play area including swings and slide and football pitch for the kids to play. Nice children in cul de sac, and nice families. Looking to move summer 2009 when my son finishes college and will be due to go to university. Looking for 2 bedrooms, in nice area, with nice neighbours. Dont mind a flat if it is really nice and not in a block, but house would be better. There is a small town in Torrington, and a very strong community feeling.
