Our house has just had some modernization don to it as in a new bathroom and central heating it is having a new kitchen and new double glazing next year. It has a separate dining room and front room hall way two double bedrooms and one box room. We have a large garden front and back and outbuildings consisting of two with an outside toilet as well. They are brick built and have full electric and large enough for storage or utility rooms. The entire house is well decorated, as well as the gardening is well maintained and landscaped. We have of street parking at the side of the house. We have a good buss rout and shops close by along with doctors, dentist, options, garage, superstore is less than a mile away. We have rails in the bathroom and on outside front and back doors and from the front gate up the steps, there is a second hand rail up the stairs. But these are not essential as we could get them in place through social services. I do use a wheel chair from time to time as I walk normally with the aid of my walking stick and my wife is my carer. If a flat or maisonette it must be on the ground floor, but a flat of maisonette is not my preferred option
