It is a new build development comprising of 38 flats in a small private close, the residents are a mixture homeowners and tenants. This development is just 1 year old this month. There are 6 flats in my building. Communal grass/play area for the children residing in the close aswell as huge green 5 min walk, excellent for walks, jogs and picnics. Bin and Recycling house that houses the garbage so no unattractive black bags or bins visable. Local shop is across the street, major shopping areas for Post office, Bank, Petrol stations are local at The Nugent retail outlet, Oprington High St, Petts Wood, Locksbottom and slightly further Farnborough and Chislehurst. On the opposite side, train line separates there is St Mary and Paul Cray also merging towards Sidcup.(Bypass A20) Transport: Mainline stations Pettswood or Orpington or Cray Stations, Buses are the R buses ie R2 R9 that are hoppers and 278 to Lewisham others that I have not used.
