I want to swap my 2bed flat in central Norwich to be closer to family and friends in London, the south east, or along the south coast. I am willing to consider 1 bed house, flat, maisonette, bungalow or even studio provided spacious with plenty of cupboards for storage and its own garden, pref enclosed. Not interested in estates, and pets must be allowed. I no longer drive so it has to be convenient for shops, amenities. Cannot be remote relying on public transport. Wd prefer coastal towns in Kent, Sussex, Hants, but am prepared to consider areas not mentioned if property/location is ight for me. My flat is in a vdery quiet and peaceful area with lots of green spaces and mature trees, minutes away from riverside walks but only 15 mins walk into city centre with all its amenities, attractions, great shops, famous market. Bus and train stations reachable within 15 mins walk. Flat has good sized rooms, plenty of cupboards, outside storage, GCH, d.g. throughout, off-street parking. Prepared to offer £500 for right property.

My flat has a large balcony overlooking mature trees, medieval building and cathedral. Rooms are a good size with plenty of storage space inside and outside the flat. GCH, d.g. throughout.
