really nice area in fishponds near speedwell , close to good schools (new BBA high school), up and coming area! shops/ high st,, doctors, after school clubs( for parents who work past school hours) banks, parks close to rugby club , army cadets, bus stops ect; end semi-detached off road parking with big garden all way round to the back with gate so all enclosed (wooden play swings optional to remove) quite neighbours, smallest room box 8' by 8' one really large room and one middle size room.. bathroom with shower down stairs but by front door not kitchen,, big living room with dark wood flooring leading into kitchen also big enough for table and chairs also dark wood flooring (new kitchen due soon).. recently decorated looking for radstock or somerset or near by all aera concidered
