I have a 2 bedroomed flat to swap for a 2 bedroomed house. My flat has a large garden to the rear & a front garden. It also benefits with a brick built shed which i use for storage & also it has an old coal bunker which is situated under the stairs which i also use for storage & are both lockable. I have built a shed which I may take with me unless the property I swap with has one already. Its had a recent kitchen & bathroom fitted. It also benefits from lovely views from the front & rear of the flat as it backs onto fields. It is on a council estate but all the houses are now private except one bungalow & the 2 blocks of flats. The flats are in a block of 4 being a 2 up 2 down arrangement. Any more questions then feel free to contact me. Im looking for somewhere rural preferably withing the Daventry Disrict council area as its closer to family & friends. although I may consider other areas but must be rural. Pitsford, Moulton, Brixworth, Creaton, Hollowell, Guilsborough, West Haddon, East Haddon, Crick, Ravensthorpe, Naseby, Clipston. would be my main areas Id like to move too but any other areas may be considered.
