Bedroom 2. 8.4 x 12.4 Kitchen is 14.10 long 6.6 wide but 8 feet at the widest. Bathroom has a bath, low-level wheelchair shower and the loo is razed it wheelchair height. It is on a community-heating system that you have to pay for with your rent it gives you heating and hot water all year round for approximately £7 week. It was built in 1976 and has cavity wall insulation but it not double glazed at the moment but should be in the next 3 years. Garden 20.6 x 16 It is mostly paved with a razed pond that is 7x 3.6 it has a wall all the way round it with a trellis on top of some of it that is covered in roses and other climbers. The bungalow is made for wheelchair users, it has a ramp at the front door and the back door is level strait into the garden. There are shops within ¼ mile and the city centre is ¾ of a mile. There is a doctor with in 150 yards. I need a bungalow simaller to the one I have but with a bigger garden and of road parking. Anywhere in Norfolk
