We need to move out because of our little daughter and we have very small prospects for getting re-housed by LBCamden in time (if at all). Furthermore I was born in Essex and would like to give my daughter a better standard of living in rural Essex. There are two main bedrooms, The main bedroom has a built in wardrobe. There is a 3rd room which im using as my little boys room, but its a study room size not big enough for a dble bed. Also this room has no window. The kitchen is big enough to fit a four person table in. The lounge is a very good size that can fit a three piece suite in. The bathroom is a good size with shower head in bath. The toilet is in another room. The landing is a good size which is good for the children to play on. This is area is cat friendly so if you have pets they will fit in. The garden is beautiful a very good size with 3 swings, slide, trampoline and swimming pool that fits in. The garden is shared with the tenant down stairs who has a one child. This property also has a car parking space. The area in general is nice and pleasant. The neighbours are friendly, and being in a cul-de-sac is safe for children to play outsie. The school is only 6 mins away and shops are 5 mins round the corner. There is a laundrette, play ground, and a hall that has various activites to offer for kids and adults which is across the road from me. Ive been here 7 yrs and been very happy, but with wanting to extend my family this home will no longer be well suited to me any more.
