I have a two bedroom flat in arkwrights nettleswell area in harlow essex cm20. I would very much like to move to maidstone kent to be closer to my partner and my family. my flat is a good one it has two large double bedrooms, one is very large for council property. A fairly new kitchen two year old which is how long ive lived here. I have just had carpets layed in living room which is 22ft by 16ft so is great size it has a large set of windows either end of living space. The place does need decorating but i just never got round to doing it all. it is a first floor flat has long hallway which is where the bedrooms and bathroom and kitchen all come off of and at the end of the hallway is my living space. it is also very quiet around here it is actually a beautiful part of harlow the nicest area by far. It has its own double shed with lock and key which you can see from the kitchen area the sheds are situated in the communal garden which is nice although small. the neighbours have the upmost respect for you never hear anyone day or night. It is mainly residential, a apurpose built two storey sand brick block of flats that looks as though it is a house it is a beautiful street it has wide roads and the houses are nice looking and well kept and presented and mainly all bought except for one or two private lets and council properties. I have also a year ago only decorated what is at present my sons room and carpeted it decoration is a childs taste of course as my son is only just coming up to two but its of high standard. The rent here is £73.62 per month which also includes service charges i.e cleaning and maintenance of the garden etc. The area like i say is lovely and extremely convenient as it is in the centre of all you could possibly need, the town centre is literally a 10 minute walk from arkwrights, th stow shopping area is a five minute walk where you can find a post office, library, dry cleaners, shops i.e co-op, off licsence, food shops and resteraunts chinese, indian, chip shop, pizza plca, kebab shop etc, on the way to the town after the first five minutes you come accross a bus stop with seats for convenience then a set of shops set bk which is a newsagents a large one with all your essentials in there a chip shop, a betting shop ang a pub called the garden tiger which is a lovely pub with friendly ppl shortly after that just before you reach the town is a massive park and playing field which sits directly parallel to Harlow College opposite the college is the town centre which is such a great place to shop. great value for money and great choice variation. There is also for those who dont mind walking a little more around 15 minutes walking distance is staple tye and bush fair. bush fair is onthe way to staple tye it has simalarities to the stow as i descried earlier except it has a garage here an esso infact. Staple tye is open later than most places and has a mcDonalds, lidls, martins newsagents, KfC, chinese, offy and a blockbusters. I have saved the best untill last at the end of the road is a very handy and very good for apointments doctors sugery caled sydenham house a two or three minute walk, next to that is a pub a fw feet down then a few feet around the corner is a chinese take away whic also does fish and chips a hairdresser and tanning salon also does facials and massages etc the usual salon stuff and a great pharmacy that is open to a brilliant 7pm at night everyday except for sundays. Just before the doctors on you way to there is a beautiful playing field and park with such a good reputation its a peaceful tranquil calm and collective pace to live to be its convenient and i for one will miss it greatly alhough i miss my family alot more and so am looking for a two bed 3 bed flat or house or bungalow anywhere in kent is considered but maidstone, barming would be preferrable i dont min what condition decorative wise its in i just need it to be livable for my sons sake and so my telephone number is 07763866093 and my name is laura featley please contact me if intereted. thank you very much
