The flat is in a quiet street just a couple of minutes away from Portobello Road, we have a communal garden hidden away from the street and each ground floor tenant has responsibility for the part of the garden just outside their flat, however, the council gardeners also come round regularly to maintain and tidy. The flat has a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, each runnung off the central hallway, and was fully carpetted thoughout just last year. I am looking for similar in the West Hampstead/Kilburn area, a garden would be a bonus but a balcony would also be considered.
