The flat is amazing! it is very clean and been taken well care off as my mum is an extremely clean and organized person. The toilet has recently been done by the council as they made it more accessible therefore it has new tiles etc etc. The rooms are quite large for a medium sized flat like that and so is the lounge. The house is on the end of a culdesac street, with off road parking for all residents. I have not decorated yet and the colour is still magnolia, so this is a great advantage for you to decorate how you want. I have a downstairs toilet,aswell as an upstairs bathroom, with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is a nice size, not too big and not too small. It has a nice size garden with shed and water butt, a loft thats quite large and three nice size bedroomes. There is a landing cupbored and a one under the stairs in the living room. The longe is an unusual shape and has patio doors. The house will include my newish chocolate brown carpet in the lounge,on the stairs and landing that cost quite alot. I'm looking for a 4 bed, in hinkley near to MOUNT GRACE SCHOOL, or surrounding areas with large bedrooms,kitchen,lounge and garden and must have off road parking.
