The flat is amazing! it is very clean and been taken well care off as my mum is an extremely clean and organized person. The toilet has recently been done by the council as they made it more accessible therefore it has new tiles etc etc. The rooms are quite large for a medium sized flat like that and so is the lounge. The interiour has been decorated to a very high standars and has been done so by proffessionals....however I wont tell fibs the house still has a few rooms that are untouched,but at least you can put your own stamp on them! The lounge is lovely with very expensive lamanited floor a modern fire place with a custom made surround which has built in spotlights...It is a very light and airy with 2 windows and is quite neatural and modern. The kitchen does need work done to it but I belive the council will be re furbishing the kitchens on this road within the next 12-18 months.There is a small utenstil room next to this...ideal for your tumble dryer etc. Landing & hall are very airy too and we have very recently had new upvc doors and windows fitted.The master bedroom is really a good size with 2 windows again,the second bedroom has laminate floor and again is decorated fairly neautral.The bathroom is a really good size it has a slightly larger than average bath seperate shower,designer sink which is glass and chrome,heated towl rack,tiled floor to cealing decorated quite modern but is a stunning room.The garden does need some tlc unfortunatly I do not have green fingers!
