The 3rd bedroom is a smaller room which would fit a single bed and furniture. There is also an attic which is accessible from the bathroom. It is decorated and has double glazing and is gas central heating, with both gas and electric meters in the garage. There is also a direct bus route into town with buses running every 10 mins, schools up to age 16 just 5 mins walk away.
