A lovely thick oyster coloured carpet and a lamented floored dining area. A mint green walled bathroom and a pink walled room with a pink carpet and a blue walled and carpet room. Definitely worth a look. It has an off road big driveway to fit 3 cars and also a grassed back garden. It has a new large metal shed with concrete base. All rooms are newly carpeted and very nice decor. New kitchen units. The house also has a large lounge with separated dining area which is 16ft x 15ft. A newly tiled hall. 3 large bedrooms and 2 large cupboard areas for storage downstairs, (one of the downstairs storage areas was a downstairs toilet and can be put back in if requested). This house is worth a see as it is really nice and the only reason we want to move is for more space as we have 3 children and would be good for them to have a bedroom each. Park close by and Tesco express and take away food options 3 minute walk away. 10 minute drive to town with bus stops 2 minute walk away. 5 minute drive to Fosse Park and 5 minute walk to the local pub. It’s a lovely home with small entrance hall, beech kitchen, downstairs w/c and large lounge with a door leading to private garden. Upstairs there is the main bathroom with over bath shower and low level flush toilet (as is downstairs toilet also) and 2 large double bedrooms. All rooms are painted cream and white with new (12 month old) quality carpeting in neutral colours. The neighbours are lovely, most with young children (so no wild parties) Also has everything on your doorstep... Tesco’s is seconds away, schools within a 5 minute walk, docs can be seen from the lounge and bus stop round the corner (buses run every 10/15 minutes, going to Wigston Magna, Leicester city centre and surrounding areas) Loved living here, but need a bigger home as I have 3 children (2 girls and a boy) and a fear staying here much longer may result in my eldest killing her little brother :O) Ideally I am looking to stay local as I am happy round here but would be willing to consider anywhere in Leicester.....
