I have a lovely 2 double bedroom flat with private parking which is 5 minutes from Leamington town centre. its on the 4th floor with a lift and is close to all major amenities. Ideal for someone working close to centre or wanting a quiet low maintenance flat to downsizes to. New carpets throughout and would not have to do any decoration. I would move to a 2/3 bedroom house with a garden in surrounding areas.
