I have a large 3/4 bedroomed house, large living room with bay window that we are redecorating now with new carpet, hallway that is big enough for a dinning table and laminated floor,Kitchen that is to be renewed in the next few monthes and seperat dinning room that we use as a 4th bedroom with laminated floor. We have just stripped the stairs and landing and will be decorating these too as soon as the living room is finished so all nice and new. Up stairs are 2 double bedrooms 1 red and gold with carpet and 1 spiderman theme with carpet the single bedroom is a Disney princess theme with carpet. The bathroom is to be renewed in a couple of months with shower and the walls tiled and ours is needy seperate toilet this to is to be renewed. There are lots of storage cuboards plus a small room that we have used as a computer room a tiny nursery just big enough for a cot and now it houses a wardrobe and shoe rack. All rooms are gas central heated. Outside is a small garden at the front that you are alowed to turn into a drive the council will even help toward the cost of lowering the kerb. The back garden is very large and dose need a lot doing but as we have decided to move closer to family it is a project we have decided not to do, It has a patio area and 2 outhouses 1 with electric that is great for a chest freezer and dryer all enclosed. There are schools,nurserys all within a 10 minute walk, Town is a 15 minute walk along the canal which is lovely in sping/summer and corner shops 5 minute walk. I am looking for somthing around the same size any where south as lots of family in Somerset.
