The flat is on the second(Top) floor and has a private, enclosed communal garden with a shed for each flat and a drying room on the same floor if you do not want to use the garden's washing line.The flat is in a private area with detached and semi-detached houses and is literally a "Stone's throw" from Kingston Gate of Richmond Park.There is parking outside with a council permit(About 65 pounds per annum).Also there is a local Post Office within 100 yards and Kingston town centre is a 12-14 minute walk away or the 371 bus stops are within 150 yards, to Kingston(5 mins.) or Richmond. Kingston Hill is a 7 minute walk with buses to Putney(85), Sutton(213), Streatham(57) or of course Kingston. Also Norbiton British Rail Station is a 10 minute walk with a service to London Waterloo(26 mins). I am looking for a modern 2 bedroom Council flat/maisonette in Putney with parking and preferably a garden or other attractive features.
