Front garden is layed to lawn, with flower beds and has small pond and waterful and the back garden is very private and has patio and raised flower beds.This also has small waterful and pond.Our home is adapted for Disabled but you wouldn't know it due to the very high standered of decor! We are situated in small Cul-de-sac, in a very quiet area with country walks nearby and local shops/schools within walking distance.There is good buses 5 mins away, which run every 10 mins. M2 is very close and Bluewater is 20 mins away, yet you wouldn't know it due to being surrounded by trees and woodland. It is semi-rural, or certainly feels it! You really do need to see this house, it is what it states! We are willing to consider all areas of UK but NOT London or Estates. We need simular 3-4 bedroom and must be clean,as we are. (Postcode is DA12 4EB). We are located, in a much sought-after area, just on the outskirts of town, about 2 miles from town centre, near to Thong Lane, close to all local amenities (Shops, post-offices, surgeries, Dentists, Church, community centre, leisure centre & swimming pool, golf course etc. & most major bus routes & several primary & secondary schools. This is the heart of the Thames-Gateway Regeneration Project, & the town is having much investment & improvement, from the 'Heritage Quarter' to the new 'Fast-Track' bus system for improved public transport. A lot of the houses around here are privately owned. Our home is close to good road & rail links to both London, & the Kent coast etc. We have 3 bedrooms (2 are a very good size, & one is a box room, but a reasonable size still), a seperate dining room which we use as a 4th bedroom, upstairs bathroom & toilet, downstairs toilet, lobby, reasonable size entrance hall etc. The loft covers the whole house & is fully insulated & very spacious. There is a built-in side-shed (With security hinges & disc padlock & clasp), which I have previously been granted permission to put an internal doorway (from the lobby) into, for use as an office or utility room. Plus, I will be prepared to leave my own shed (15' x 9') & child's summer-house. The rear garden measures approx. 45' x 32', & is laid mainly to lawn, with various shrubs & trees; it is fenced all round, & the bottom of the garden is obscured by cob-nut trees & the large shed. The rear garden is fully enclosed & backed onto by other gardens, so is more secure; sorry, no rear access from the alley though (we are in the corner), which is great for security, but not if you want to put a car or caravan on the back garden. The front garden measures approx. 20' x 32' & is laid to lawn, with mature trees & shrubs & side gated access to rear garden. We get along ok with all our neighbours, who all own their homes. There is some beautiful countryside, 5 minutes walk from our house, & we are classed as semi-rural. Wanted: We would like a similar property, or larger, with central heating & double-glazing, gardens front & back. A driveway &/or garage would be nice; a seperate utility room would be an absolute bonus, as my kitchen would not look like a launderette, lol (My wife keeps the washing machine going 24/7; the average life of a washing machine in this house is 6 - 12 months, lol). We would prefer rural/coastal/seaside & non-estate, if possible. We do have pets, so the prospective property must be suitable (Including front & rear gardens, & the rear garden must be secure, because the dogs will escape otherwise)& pets must be allowed. It must be a quiet area (My wife & 2 of our kids have disabilities, & I am unwell (Kidney problems, asthma & high blood pressure, back & joint problems & over-weight). The master bedroom, hallway and lounge have been laminated by allied carpets, the two other bedrooms have new carpets. It has just been decorated three months ago. It has extra wide doors for wheelchair use, Low light switches and high electric sockets. There is a wet room, with a power shower, basin and toilet. The kitchen hasn't been decorated for a few years but is clean and tidy with white units. The back garden is of medium size and has just been slabbed a few weeks ago, also there is an extra piece round the side which has pea shingles on it. There is a car port right outside the front door. there is also parking for two more cars. We also have a small front garden that is covered in white stone. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes, we are 5 minutes drive from Bluewater, a coupe of minutes drive to the darenth valley hospital and just around the corner from a turn that takes you to the dartford tunnel to go to lakeside. Also there is a school literally up the road. Doctors are very good. it takes a couple of minutes drive from the town centre, Where the bungalow is situated is very quite. i would like to move to a three to four bedroom house in:- Bexley West Kingsdown Sevenoaks Tonbridge Tunbride wells Wilmington Hextable Joydens Wood
