We have a nice 3/4 bedroom house, which has been adapted to a high standard. We have 3 bedrooms upstairs and a fourth downstairs. Single currently used as ashower room, it has a chilton shower cubicle in it. however could easily be removed if not required. Hallway Has a large airing cuboard Bathroom: Newly fitted, with a white suite, also a drop rail for easy of use for the toilet. Downstairs: Living room, with Bay windows, nice size, with access to the wessex lift in one corner. Kitchen: Nearly installed kitchen units etc. Good size. Dining Room: French doors leading to garden, which has been ramped for easy access. 4th Bedroom It is to th eright of the kitchen, and has it's own toilet, we presently use it for our teenage son, however if you want to you could use this as an office or utilities room, either way it's certainly an winner. There is also extra loft space for storage. Garden: Is easy maintance, with flower and scrub beds, it have a paved pathway around the garden for wheelchair user or those with walking difficulties. We have a greenhouse and a large woodern shed which we are willing to swap or leave for a price.
