HA, CH, neutral decor. 10 mins walk Crouch End village. 20 mins Kings Cross. Need to be nearer my family. Need similar, quality conversion, pref with garden (will consider without if good property in right area). Require at least one bedroom. Prefer nicer suburbs of Newcastle, or coastal areas such as Whitley Bay, Tynemouth, some areas of North Shields. Failing that I would consider areas around Hampstead Heath where I also have family.
