I have a 3 bedroom house in Tipperary Town county Tipperary, its a small town between clonmel and limerick city. My house consists of two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, bathroom/ toilet, sitting room, dinning room/ kitchen. I also have a nice sized garden with access to park a car in the back if required although there are no parking retrictions in the area. The house has central heating and two fireplaces one in the sitting room and one in the kitchen. It is also right to buy. The house is in a small group of houses and it nice and quiet with good neighbors. It is a 5 minute walk to the main street where there are local shops, supermarkets, post office, banks and coffes hops. Other local amenities include a cinema, small train station, lesuire center with pool and tennis courts, a shopping mall which contains dunnes stores and tescos. i am also in walking distance to the '' Hills'' which is a lovely place to walk or 6-7 mins drive to the infamous ''Glen of Aherlow'' which are breath taking mountains and forests with amazing fews which can be seen from the town and have great walks. Schools are also in walking distance. Local areas include also Cashel, Cahir, Thurles. Cork is an hours drive away and dublin about 1 and a half hours. I want to exchange to greater london but other areas considerd, i want move to be closer to my children who now live in london.
