Email: bexrochford@yahoo.co.uki have a terraced 3 bed house in welwyn garden city, i am looking for an exchange to either stevenage or letchworth. i need a bigger 3 bed or a 4 bed. my house is a fairly good size apart from the kitchen, but there is a utility room which could be knocked thru to extend the kitchen. i have two sets of lovely neighbours, all elderly ladies. my house is close to the QE2 hospital and major bus routes in and out of the town. also close to schools and local shops. parking is a problem during the day but at night and weekends its ok, residents only permits will be issued shortly. the rent is very reasonable, only £65.80 per wk, rising to £69.09 as from 2nd April 07. i've got 2 double's and a single bedroom. room sizes are as follows: main bedroom 12ft 2" x 11ft 1". 2nd bedroom 12ft 1" x 9ft 3". box room 11ft 2" x 6ft 5". the box room has a built in cupboard, and the main bedroom has a built in wardrobe plus built in cupboard. 2nd bedroom does have built in cupboard but it currently houses the gas boiler. we have a big lounge approximately 20ft x 14ft, which is large enough 4 our dining table, 2 seater & 3 seater sofa, large wall unit and pc desk etc. here is my mobile number if u want 2 know more. 07904 331742, cheers. we'd like to move a.s.a.p. family commitments and our jobs force the move. we have photo's of our house, plz supply an email address so i can send them to u.
