We need to move to a property with a groundfloor entrance (we are currently on the first floor with a private stepped entrance) owing to a medical issue. A property with a few/small steps to front or back entrance would be fine. We have two double bedrooms and a single. Both double bedrooms comfortably fit a good amount of furniture in as well as the beds! The third bedroom fits a single bed and a number of pieces of furniture. Our house would easily be suitably for a large family with small children as there is a lot of floor space. The kitchen is large and fits a good sized dining table alongside all kitchen appliances. The good sized living room has two sofas in it currently and plenty of floor space. There is a cable TV point installed which makes it easier if you want Sky/Virgin TV. The room is very light and has three patio windows with a door that opens onto the balcony. We also have a good sized hallway that currently houses our tumble dryer, amongst other items. There is a seperate toilet and bathroom with a shower (and bath). We have a small garden at the front of our home and storage for bins. There is also a covered porch area which we use for storage. We are located on a side road just off The Ridgeway. It is very quiet down here, plenty of parking spaces, and we have lovely neighbours who have all been here longer than us (we moved in back in 1997). If we could take our home and plonk it on the groundfloor so we didn't have to move from the area or the neighbours, we would! A garden is not essential for us (though would be nice) and we'd be more than happy with a communal area outside if that's what you have. Size of bedrooms is not a concern to us, as long as there are three of them. Property is free of rent arrears and in a good state. It is carpeted throughout. Please contact if you have a property that fits the description. As stated, the ONLY requirement is that the swap must be on the groundfloor and it must have 3 bedrooms. Everything else is negotiable. Aside from Hertford, we would consider a property in Ware.

Enfield council are coming next week to renew windows and front door. Windows will be double glazed. Very quiet area with reasonable rent and rates. The flat consists of 2 double bedrooms, lounge with wood laminate flooring installed last month. Bathroom has corner shower cubicle with glass doors. White hand basin and toilet. 2 cupboards which I use for cleaning gear and towels. Hall is also wood laminate. Kithchen is reasonable size with light wood cupboards, some with glass. My daughter who has kidney failure is coming to live with us, so we need more space for dialysis gear. My husband also suffers from lung troubles and sea air would benefit both of them. I would paint the walls cream before my departure. Their is a railway line next to the flat but you hardly hear the trains come and go as they are so fast. I live on estate called the springs it has a local shop and petrol station with schools nearby and pubs nearby. This flat is very close to the marriott hotel in cheshunt and brookfield shopping centre. Their is also doctors nearby. their is bus stops at the top of the road going either to waltham cross or hertford.Also a minute's drive from joining the a10 motorway. [u]I NEED.......[/u] a 2-3 bed house in any area. i need a garden as i have a dog and my grandchildren come to see me. i have pictures if u would like to see ....... http://s252.photobucket.com/albums/hh8/smebbsuk/my%20flat/?action=view¤t=060.jpg ....copy and paste link to see pictures. these pictures ere taken when i firdt moved in here, a few changes now ....ive changed the taps on the bath and fitted mixer + shower taps, and tiled around the bath from bath to cealing, and thick ceramic tiles on the floor (parki flooring patten). also in the bathroom pic there is an airing cupboard to the left that has 2 large shelfing and my tumble dryer in there an still room for 2 washing baskets. the kitchen has 4 single floor cupboard and 2 half floor cupboards and 2 and a half wall cupboards, 5 draws (3 full size and 2 half size. also can fit a washing machine, dishwasher,cooker, and chest fridge freezer in it.and a bin. my sons room has now a double bed in and a treable wardrobe and behind his door more room that he had a large computer desk and chest of draws. what you can't see in my room is i have 2 large double (2 4 door) wardrobes and a chest of draws. the hallway pic only shows one part of the hallway, its a T shape hallway and the other part what is not shown is from the front door to the pc room, (now i use as a store room). which passes the two bedrooms to the left and he toilet on the right. if interested please email me and i will be willing to give u any info you wish to know.. im looking to move any area (aprox 5 mile radious) around potters bar. decor is not important to me i will take a sutable house in any condition as i do like to decorate...

The only thing that lets the house down is our bathroom which is not very big but thats being honest. We have a perfectly good sized garden with fences for your privacy. No problem with parking. If your looking to down grade this is a perfectly good sized terraced house.
