hi ....we have a lovely 3 bed with room to make a fourth in the country about 10 miles from hereford and 8 miles from ledbury.. we have 2 front lawns and a good sized back garden...village shop and 2 pubs, childrens park and loads of lovely areas to explore with your family and dogs if you have any. country side views from every window are extremely lovely. if you want your kids or pets to have a safe enviroment in these not so safe times, then this is a must...would like a 3 or 4 bed in either hereford or ledbury many thanks....

Email: rastalivity@hotmail.co.uki was first tenant in this flat. i dont really want to move but have to to be closer to family, due to personal reasons. this flat is very modern. i was given a folder with everything you will ever need to know about this flat, which will be passed on to next tenant, very handy. very close to all public transport, schools, shops, take aways hair dressers, post office, everything you can think of is in walking distance. very nice quiet area. moved out here to bring my kids up in a nice area, i am gutted i have to move. neighbours are very nice people, everyone in this area are very pleasant people, i have never had a single person be rude to me. i made friends very easierly, being new to this area wheni moved here. if you look this area up, you will see yourself its a very pleasant area to live in. my flat has private parking, to park in your numbered parking space you will need a sticker with your flat number on it, which i have plenty to pass on, for friends family etc. they get sent out to you every year too. you can also become part of the community board if you want. they send you the magazine every few months, to keep you up dated. very close community. the main door is motorised locking, the key is a sercurity door key (i have two), the car park door and bin shed door is key coded, which is all written in folder. my flat has 2 bedrooms, modern thoughout. new kitchen and bathroom, with bath and powershower. living/diningroom. all rooms are nicely sized. very cossy, modern home. i have lived here for just over 3 years. i have been very happy living here and very gutted i have to move. but my family need me due to personal reasons. you will be able to see yourself that this home and area is a brilliant place to live and i couldnt ask for a better place to bring children up. the kids i have seen in this area are always very pleasant towards me. and my kids love living here and love joining in with all the little clubs near by etc. i would consider any 2 bed plus place. WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP WITH ANY COST MOVING ETC
