SE1 is a very up and coming area with many new trendy places opening within a ten minute walk. The flat has got a balcony accessed through French doors in the sitting room. The sitting room is big enough for a dining table, but would suggest one that is extendable for parties of four or more, a table set for four in my opinion is would make the room seem cluttered if a large table was set up at all times. There is enough room to comfortably seat 4 on sofas etc. The bedroom is a good size I have a fitted wardrobe across one end that has 3 hanging rails (one full length) 6 draws, several shelves and two big cupboards that go to the ceiling. The Kitchen is only a year old, not massive but dose work well. there is space for washer, fridge/freezer cooker and slim line dishwasher. The bathroom is only 4 months old and has an electric shower. it is tiled from floor to ceiling in white, with one band of very light grey. I am looking for a one or two bed flat ground floor or lift access. A garden would be great but must be on, or very close to the coast. All areas from Portsmouth to Weymouth considered.

The lounge is large we have a 2 & 3 seater also a 6 seater dining table with plenty more space. Leading off the lounge is a large suntrap balcony we have a 2 seater table & chairs out there. The kitchen is of good size which the council will be refitting next year. Off the kitchen is a outside drying room which has been decked we have our freezer/ tumble dryer & storage out there. The bathroom/ toilet is off good size & has new carpet. All the floors have either carpet or flooring which we will be leaving if wanted. We have plenty of storage which inculdes a downstairs shed. There is also off road parking & we are extremely close to 2 junior & senior schools. We are not far from local shops & supermarkets. It is a lovely quiet block but we have to move as we have lost a relation & have aquired a their dog. We are ideally looking for a 2 bed house but would consider anywhere which allows dogs.
