hi there, i have a 2 bed council flate in whitchurch cardiff. it is the second floor to a high rise dont be put off by this as it is idealy located for all walks of life. cardiff is a lively city that is the fasted growing in europe. lovely area and easy access to the M4 that gets you to the sea side in 15 min or london in 2hrs. have had interest already but no commitment. am looking to move sooner than later and have posted a few adds, cardiff to london. will take 1,2,3,4 or a hotel if required as i want to be near family. heating with the rent (£85)and brand new kitchen and bath room with shower. The block is maintained to a high standard daily and has a wonderfull view. local ameanitys in walking distance include an Infant school opposite and a nature reserve in the rear. cricket, football, rugby pitches, pub with calvery(£3.50) bookies, shop, doctors, power 5 league, golf course, 24 hr asda, macdonalds, 5 star hotel with gym and swimming pool, bus stop and train staion. The block of flats is situated in a retirment village and has no niose. whitchurch village just down the road has supermarkets, clothes shops, restraunts, garages, church, library, hair dressers and designers. plus a host of other shops and venues. this realy is a very nice place.
