I have a one bed ground floor flat in SE1 (borough) 7 min's walk from borough tube and 15 min's walk from London bridge main line and tube stations. SE1 is a very up and coming area with many new trendy places opening within a ten minute walk. The flat has got a balcony accessed through French doors in the sitting room. The sitting room is big enough for a dining table, but would suggest one that is extendable for parties of four or more, a table set for four in my opinion is would make the room seem cluttered if a large table was set up at all times. There is enough room to comfortably seat 4 on sofas etc. The bedroom is a good size i have a fitted wardrobe across one end that has 3 hanging rails (one full length) 6 draws, several shelves and two big cupboards that go to the ceiling. The Kitchen is only a year old, not massive but dose work well. there is space for washer, fridge/freezer cooker and slim line dishwasher. The bathroom is only 4 months old and has an electric shower. it is tiled from floor to ceiling in white lines with one band of very light grey. I am looking for a one or two bed flat ground floor or lift access. A garden would be great but must be on, or very close to the coast. All areas from Portsmouth to Weymouth considered
