I have a nice one bedroomed flat in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Old Town area of Stevenage. It is double glazed, has new gas central heating with radiators in all rooms. It has a new electric shower and has recently been modernised by the council. I also had new carpets and vynil flooring fitted throughout just over a year ago. It's a lovely, roomy, bright flat and I will be sad to leave. It's in a block of 4 flats and has large comunial gardens that are maintained by the local council. I am looking for a one bed property in Flitwick or very close areas.
