Although it is on link road the way the flats are situated you are not bothered by the main road as this flat is at the back, there is off road parking at the back of the flat which you can get to through central avenue. The neighbours are very friendly and i am only moving for personal reasons. It is about a 3 minute walk from a convenience shop, chicken and chip shop and a doctors. There is also a post office about a 5 minute walk in the other direction next to a park. The flat itself has a double bedroom and a single bedroom, a lounge that is large enough for a table in it wit a hatch through to the kitchen. the bathroom doesnt have a shower but im sure one could be fitted, i just prefer baths! Email: rom.kler@googlemail.comwe have a two bed disabled friendly bungalow in Harwich essex. the disabled friendly part is only that it has a shwer room with no bath and the light switches are lower. really good sized lounge with big patio doors leading onto big garden one really big bedroon , another bedroom that fits a double bed and bedside cabinets and still room to walk around. the kitchen is a nice size and it has all new units and worktops which we did ourselves and we have a table and chairs in there as well. bathroom has been tiled from top to bottom and new toilet and sink also all done by us. we are in a very quiet area as these bungalows are for over 60's. and a lovely corner garden with shed and greenhouse, driveway with a side entrance. i have loads of pictures if anyone is interested

Email: J.L.CARABINE @btinternet.comHi i have a nice two bed eot council house with the rtb in london n177bn area, my lounge has just been painted in red and cream with wood flooring, both bedrooms have just been painted in chocolate and cream the large bedroom has a new cream carpit laid and the second bedroom has had wood flooring laid, both toilet and bathroom have also just been done, which just leaves the kitchen and hallway to which i will be doing soon only i'm 26 weeks pregnant and its getting to hard to do lol, i'm not very green fingered so the garden is clean and tidy but not full of flowers it is a good size garden with a back and side entrence because its eot house. there is only 8 houses in this row and most of them are bought, i'm close to shops,schools,doctors,hospital ect and there is a huge park just 5-7mins walk from my house which has a park for children to play in or a big green to walk alone or with your dog. in ther summer there is a small pool open there for children to play in to, just outside my front door is a big willow tree on a green, where the kids can play if you like i often sit out there in the summer, i would like to move to a bigger house as i have two children and another on the way this november and i would like to move near my family which is in clacton and frinton so i would love those areas but will consider most of tendering area, if you would like any more information please just ask all the best and good luck,
