Hi there, I have a lovely large 3 bedroom house in Tottenham Hale in Ferrylane Estate near to Ferrylane Primary School as well as Welbourne Primary School which is in the Centre of Broad Lane N17. I have a bathroom and wc upstairs as well as a toilet downstairs. The house is full of storage space and it has 3 bedrooms, 2 large and one medium of whic one of the large rooms and the medium room has a biult in wardrobe. Bedroom number 1 (largeroom) and no:2 (mediumroom) both have a beautiful view of the river with the white swans swimming around in the morning and at late night also. The back bedroom looks over the railway (Tottenham Hale stn) and the back garden as well. There is a very big storage room downstair near the kitchen which can be later on either converted to extend the kitchen or the living room and they are both still very large rooms. The kitchen has newly biult in units (by the council) 3yrs ago but as I am a very clean person they still look brand new. There is also a very reasonable Large back garden which has grass floor with a small flower patch on either side of the garden. As the house on a dead end road it is very quiet and peacful where there is no parking restrictions, neighbourhood is very clean and friendly very upset that i have to leave but due to my mothers illness I need to move closer to where she is situated which is in Freezy Water, Off Ordnance road, N18. I am looking to move to a house (exhcange) near that area and am willing to accept Ordnance road, Standard road or any other road on or near Ordnance road. Furthest I would go is waltham abbey.
